Important: Please consider the curriculum given here during course registrations. Because all the courses announced at the Natural Science Institute will not be opened, only the ones given here will be opened.

 

2016-2017 Spring term Course Selection Rules for UBE 2nd Education Graduate Students:

1. All the students except the ones who passed last year must register to UTI 507 Computer Network Communication mandatory course.

2. Students who haven't graduated from Computer Engineering (or an equivalent) department must register to UTI 506 Operating Systems and UTI 510 Database Management Systems courses.

3. 2nd education students can register to a daytime program (MSc) course by paying their own program's course cost.

 

2016-2017 Spring term Course Selection Rules for UBE 1st Education Graduate Students:

1.  Preperation program students must register to UBİ502, UBİ504, and UBİ506 courses. Students who want to be exempt from these courses (may took the same content lectures before) must meet to the instructors who are giving the specified courses.

2.  All the first term students, either in with or without Thesis program, must register to UBI 534 as a mandatory, the remaining three courses can be chosen from other MSc courses. (Look at Number 5.)

3.  Msc without thesis students can register to 3 courses instead of 4 and expand their education towards two years by taking their advisor's aproval.

4. Students can register again to the selective courses which they failed at previous terms or they can register to new selective courses by removing the registration failed before (by taking advisors's approval). However, it is a must to complete the mandatory courses of the registered program.

5. Msc with or without thesis students can register to a Phd course (except the mandatory course UBI 602) by taking the approval of the instructor of the specified course.

6. Phd students can register to the courses from MSc program.

7. Each student (With or without Thesis/Phd) can register to maximum 3 courses from the departments outside ICI (like Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mathematics, ..etc) by taking their advisor's approval.

8. The course “0301537 Agent-oriented Software Development” must have been successfully completed prior to "UBI622 Multi-Agent Systems".

Note: Each student must firstly ask to their advisors about issues like registering courses at the other institutes and departments.
